Esther and I both have never eaten blueberry pie, so this was a great new recipe to try!
The only changes we made was using a little more lemon juice, and using our tried and true pie crust recipe............though from all the rave reviews we've read on a few blogs, we're starting to wish that we had tried Dorie's pie crust recipe! There is always a next time right?!?
Anyway, we enjoyed that very yummy pie with vanilla ice cream, and as you can see in the pictures, since we had a little extra dough, cut a few little cute stars for the top! Very festive I'll have to say :)
