Tricks to make your same old bread recipe a little out of the ordinary!

Braided Look

Divide dough into 3 strands. Braid, and tuck ends under and place in loaf pan.

A little exra fiber!

Brush with a little egg white, and sprinkle with oats!

The gash split look

Take a sharp knife a cut about a 1/2 in. slit across the top of your loaf. This gives it a rustic look, similar to what you might find a Panera Bread.

Cranberry Honey Nut Rolls

Here is a picture of the bread that we turned into rolls, ya know like cinnamon rolls! They were very good, though I might try as one of our readers suggested. A maple glaze/icing. Mmmm.............
