This is very interesting. I've always wondered what foods are helpful for the brain!
The only one I can't figure out is chicken... Chicken actually gives me migraines and makes my brain very foggy. I've been told I get that because of an enzyme deficiency that I have!!

Wow! Edamame really surprised me here! I was always afraid of it because of the whole "soybeans are bad for you" debate. Romaine is surprising too, because it seems like it would contain too much water to have alot of health benefit. Thanks for sharing! (And where did you get this list, by the way? :-)
