Rhubarb Pie and Strawberry Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped rhubarb frozen or fresh
 - 5T  all-purpose flour
 - 1 cup white sugar
 - 1egg
 - 1t. nutmeg
 - 2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts
 
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
 - Mix together all the ingredients except the crust! Pour into the pie crust that has been placed in a pie plate. Top with remaining crust and crimp edges.  Slit air holes in the top of the pie.
